It shall seek to develop relations and human exchanges with any institution of general interest, in Switzerland and abroad, pursuing an activity related to the purpose of the Foundation, in particular in an educational

Legal Personality
The Foundation has civil legal personality.
It may acquire or own any movable or immovable property. It can also receive all donations, in particular gifts and legacies or manual payments, to ensure their management and to redistribute these donations, or their fruits and available products, to the benefit of persons, works, organizations of general interest, of a philanthropic, educational, scientific, social, humanitarian or cultural nature, in compliance with the intentions, charges and conditions, if any, stipulated by the donors.
